Ban List Annoucment changes:

As everyone probably knows, our announcements have been published quarterly since almost the very beginning of the format. We felt this system was adequate up to this point. However, the amount of products that Wizards shower us with, and the resulting huge number of new legends/Commanders, we found our system to be not very appropriate. We therefore decided to switch to a two-month system. From now on, our announcements will appear every first Monday of an odd month, starting now.

The new system will allow us to react faster when a new strong card or deck in the format appears without the need for an emergency announcement.

Sometimes we obtained results from our internal tests after 3 months, which resulted in waiting another 2-3 months to implement them. This system, however, will allow us to implement changes in such a case within 2-4 weeks.

However, please note that this does not mean that there will be changes every two months. There will be also announcements with no changes. Despite this, we consider the new system to be more appropriate.

Changes in Leviathan Committe:

The last few months have been quite difficult for us. As you remember from the special announcement at the end of April, we wrote that the format needs two things to function. Namely: an active player community and an active committee managing it.

Therefore, we had to take some steps in this direction. As of today, these members are leaving our team: Diego Paredes, Mengshi Guo, Nacho Monzó, Justo Chacon.

We would like to thank them for their commitment and cooperation over several years. We wish you good luck in your private life and many top decks and tournament victories.

Further explanation

Nadu's most important and powerful aspect is his ability, which turns any ability or spell targeting him or another creature into resources. It can give either an untapped land thanks to which you can protect Nadu or put a non-land in your hand (remember that it is not a draw, so cards such as Leovold do not stop it). When combined with equipment such as Shuko or Lightning Greaves, Nadu is able to go for a combo. Even though his ability has a "twice per turn" restriction, in practice it works as if it didn't exist. We believe this is a broken card and poorly designed and therefore unbalanced. For these reasons, we have come to the conclusion that Nadu, Winged Wisdom should be banned as a Commander.

Attractions and stickers May 13, Wizards Of The Coast™ published an announcement regarding all Magic The Gathering™ formats where they're legal and effectively banning them all from all those formats where they were legal. We have also decided to follow Wizards of the Coast's decision and ban them as well.

As always, we are looking forward to your feedback.

Your comitee:

Wojciech Kopański, Meng Du, Leonardo Leal, Asia Kopańska.
