Hello dear players to the March banlist update. Within three months of Inall being banned as a commander, no commander is seen to be dominating the events. It turns out that both Innistrad sets gave us good but not broken cards, which is good for the format. Last month, a new expansion cam out - Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty, which looks to be full of goodness for both old and new decks. Therefore, we made the following decision.
